Days 31 – 60: Optimize
Optimize the Customer Value Journey with Tools and Training (focusing on CVJ Stages 3 – 5).
Days 61 – 90: Accelerate
Accelerate with awareness and referral strategies (Stages 1 – 2, 7 -8).
