In performing marketing services under any agreement, whether written or not, no warranties are made by Rock Ridge Media to any customer that the work produced by Rock Ridge Media for any customer (“Company” or “customer”) will produce any particular result. The customer acknowledges that its use of the work produced by Rock Ridge Media at its own risk, and that the work may or may not result in increased sales or other benefits for the customer.
The customer shall indemnify and hold Rock Ridge Media harmless from any and all liability resulting from Company’s use of the work produced by Rock Ridge Media. Work provided by Rock Ridge Media is provided “as is.” Rock Ridge Media makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
In case of service cancellations, refunds will not be given after 7 days from the transaction. In the case of physical products, the customer must return all items received within 7 days of receipt in order for a refund to be processed. Refunds are not given under any other circumstances.
Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected.
